Questions about filter and safety-SG of a TC

I intend for my NST stack a filter to build... HV technician jobs
I thought of something, such as an RC circuit. What values for resistors and Kondis would I need?
Is on my NSTÂ BB´s: 3, 15kV - E - 3, 15kV. This means that a Erdsymetrische voltage of 15kV ever 3 + and - supply, or?
I think I could take "E" as a ground for the RC circuit. Is that true?
Now the only question is where can I find 'E'? The core of the NSTÂ BB´s? The two "EÂ BB´s", interconnect the outputs should be no problem, or?
How about it, to create an artificial ground by a capacitive voltage divider? I would prefer this then.
Of you, who should have a wiring diagram for a RC-element for a Tesla coil? I place myself at the kinda goofy looking.

Something else:
The security gap, where does one the Middle electrode? On the ground, to the protective earth conductor or to the Earth of the TC?
The same question I have for the Strikerail? Protective conductor or earth of the TC?

PS: HV-PSU: 6300V, 620mA
PPS: Current status of my TC:
-Sec. wrapped (1050 windings 0, 16cm PVC 8mm wire)
-Done torus: d: 50cm, 10cm Aluflex tube.
-HV-PSU almost finished (on the filter... Rolling eyes)

1. Yes, the 3, 5kv are Erdsymmetrisch

2. I must again a little Nadia, somewhere I found a wiring diagram. But nen some info to RC members you can find also at Wikipedia.

3. and now, I'd say E is at the HV testing core, so is definitely among the most transformers.

4. the Strikerail would I again extra, or about the TC ground ground. Never over the Earth, which could run out of otherwise evil (for PCs and co.) and the same applies to probably the Security SG.
